About me
I hold a diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, adhering to strict rules of professional and ethical conduct.
My wide-ranging experience has included my role at Freshstart Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education. Here, I have worked with clients to tackle issues including low self-esteem, addictions, and difficulties with relationships and meeting their life goals.
I have been a counsellor for the charity Mind in Enfield, working with clients on a range of challenges they faced including anxiety and depression. My prior experience also includes working at The Caravan Drop-In counselling service to assist vulnerable people in the community.
As well as training and graduating as a psychotherapist, I have had a rewarding 15 year career in the recruitment sector, working alongside colleagues and clients at both very senior and very junior levels in the hectic commercial environment.
This has added to the breadth of my understanding of the pressures and challenges affecting people in today’s culture, and the insights have proven invaluable for my work as a therapist to clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
